MDE RBLV and RDHH: Library Management System
The Michigan Department of Education (MDE) Resource for Blind/Low Vision (RBLV) and Resource for Deaf/Hard of Hearing (RDHH) is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all individuals, including those with disabilities. RBLV and RDHH is continually improving the user experience and has applied relevant accessibility standards to the Library Management System (LMS) website.
The LMS is compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 (Level AA) success criteria as published by the Web Accessibility Initiative of the World Wide Web Consortium. The LMS has also been designed to be compatible with assistive technologies and a variety of web browsers. It has been tested for compliance with screen magnification software, screen-reading software, and text-only browsers.
RBLV and RDHH remains committed to serving the widest possible audience and takes the following additional measures to ensure accessibility:
